"Tales of Myself"

Hello everyone,

I am Alfredino Giuseppe Romano, born in 1990, a passionate advocate of naturopathy, and a lover of the great outdoors. My story begins with personal experiences that have shaped my journey towards naturopathy. Family illnesses, faced with courage, and the determination to seek alternatives to conventional treatments, have inspired my path. In 2009, I embarked on my journey into the realm of naturopathy and began nurturing my knowledge.

I am a sports enthusiast, finding joy in running and cycling. But my true passion burns for nature. Walks immersed in natural beauty are my sanctuary, a way to reconnect with the very essence of life.

In this hyper-technological world, I consider myself "old school." I value the importance of order and dedicating myself to details, for it's often there that true beauty lies.

My passion for fasting, both for spiritual reasons and for physical and mental well-being, has helped shape my journey. I've embraced the idea of working on myself, breaking attachments to material possessions, and seeking a deep connection with my inner self.

My ambition shines bright: I wish to spread the knowledge of fasting and share with others how to embrace this practice. My vision extends further: I am working towards raising funds to establish a fasting and detox center, a place where people can find physical and spiritual healing. In this center, I envision spaces dedicated to mothers seeking natural childbirth and a welcoming environment for the sharing of alternative ideas. I believe our impact on the world transcends the time we spend here; it is defined by the good actions we take.

In summary, I am Alfredino Giuseppe Romano: a champion of nature, a naturopathy explorer, a sports lover, and a fasting advocate. My aspiration is to create a world where well-being is accessible to all, where the memory of our positive actions becomes our most precious legacy.

December 2016

August 2023

1. I began studying naturopathy at the "La Crisalide" Academy in Battipaglia starting from November 2009 and completed the course on July 21, 2012.

2. I obtained the Certificate of Master in Foot Reflexology on April 22, 2013.

3. I achieved the Certificate of Master in Holistic Massage on November 29, 2015.

4. I obtained the Certificate of Master in Bio-Nutrition on December 20, 2016.

Currently, I am studying iridology and updating my reflexology courses here in the United Kingdom.

After completing the master's programs, I embarked on a fasting therapy journey between 2014 and 2016. I adopted a vegetarian lifestyle in 2014, then became vegan and subsequently raw vegan. Finally, I transitioned to a diet primarily based on fruits.

From 2016 until today, I have undertaken various fasting periods of varying durations, including periods of 7, 9, 21, and 40 days.

I have also organized retreats, albeit of short duration.

Currently, I am studying Dr. Shelton book and his research.

Since 2013, I have worked as an independent naturopath and have also undertaken various minor jobs. Later, I moved to England, where I focused my efforts on researching the effects of fasting on individuals with Alzheimer's, and this research is ongoing to this day.

How I work

I believe that listening and observing are key in evaluating the most effective way to help you.
The initial interview aims precisely to understand the state of psycho-physical health and how it is more appropriate to work in your specific case, using the various natural remedies and manual treatments in synergy (phytotherapy remedies, plantar reflexology, variations in nutrition, relaxation techniques, etc.). There are no standard recipes or packages, each of us being unique and unrepeatable.
The important thing to achieve good results is that there is your will to get better, not only by delegating your well-being to someone else but by actively collaborating.
